• Work Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday-Friday
• Worksite Location: Sartell, MN-onsite
• Hourly Rate: $21.00 per hour
• Duration: Contract-to-Hire

What you will do as an Associate Coordinator:

• Schedule pick-up or delivery appointments with warehouses via phone, email, or online scheduling
• Receive inbound and make outbound calls to drivers to get their location
• Communicate any scheduling issues that arise to the correct parties
• Follow a step-by-step escalation process for any issues

What you will bring to the role as an Associate Coordinator:

• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree; ideal first job with the opportunity to grow
• Proven ability to multi-task (servers, bartenders, and bank tellers are a few people who are successful)
• Must have excellent customer service attributes
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under stress
