About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Wealth Advisor to join their team. The successful candidate will be tasked with the primary responsibility of attracting and closing prospective high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. This role requires a professional with a strong business development track record, capable of leveraging their networking and business development abilities, including centers of influence, to expand the firm's client base. The Senior Wealth Advisor will work closely with a service advisor in the region to manage client relationships and will be expected to prepare for and attend prospective client meetings, as well as collaborate with various team members to meet the financial needs of clients.Applicants for the Senior Wealth Advisor position at the company should hold a BA/BS degree, with an advanced degree and/or CFP/CFA certification strongly preferred. A minimum of 5 years' of experience in a business development-focused advisory role is required. The ideal candidate will be self-confident, possess a high entrepreneurial spirit, and be enthusiastic about the field of wealth management. Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills are essential, as is the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, demanding environment. The role demands an individual who is capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of client service and professionalism.
