About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Wealth Advisor with a CFP designation to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering advanced financial planning services to a growing client base of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. This role requires a tenured advisor with a strong business development track record, as the primary duties include building and maintaining client relationships, participating in business development initiatives, and leading the introduction of financial planning, estate, tax, and retirement plans to prospective clients. The Senior Wealth Advisor will also be the main point of contact for day-to-day client needs, formal reviews, and will work with the client support team to ensure an exceptional client experience.Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of experience with an investment consulting/management firm, family office, or RIA, and hold a CFP designation. An advanced degree is preferred. The role demands a candidate who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, as well as work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong experience with CRM, financial planning software, and portfolio accounting software is essential. The Senior Wealth Advisor will be expected to lead meetings with clients and prospects, manage account administration, and ensure the thorough execution and documentation of client action items.
