About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President Construction Manager to oversee the coordination of design and construction programs for a variety of projects, including federal government, military housing, light commercial, and high-rise developments. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all work is in line with approved standards and guidelines, as well as managing the development and construction of Enhance Use Lease (EUL) projects with the Federal Government. This role involves working closely with the design and construction project team, as well as with governmental and nongovernmental authorities for permitting, design approval, and construction implementation. The Vice President Construction Manager will also be involved in the development of real estate strategies, providing needs analysis, and ensuring that all stakeholder requirements are met.Applicants for the Vice President Construction Manager position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5-10 years in the construction and project management industry. The role requires strong process, project, and people management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
