About the Role

The Company is in search of a Regional Vice President of Strategic Solutions to play a pivotal role in expanding its presence within key accounts and driving the adoption of cutting-edge DevOps, DevSecOps, and MLOps solutions. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team, form strong customer relationships, and ensure the success of the most strategic customers. This leadership position requires a dynamic and visionary individual with a proven track record in enterprise software/SaaS, including experience in managing technical or solution-oriented teams. The RVP will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer happiness and revenue growth, aligning team efforts with market trends and corporate goals, and engaging with executive stakeholders to position the company as a strategic partner.To be considered for the role, candidates must have at least 10 years' experience in enterprise software/SaaS, with a minimum of 5 years in a management capacity. Deep expertise in DevOps, DevSecOps, and pre-sales activities is essential, as is a proven ability to drive high-value deals and develop strategic account plans. The role demands exceptional analytical and communication skills, a data-driven approach, and the ability to influence stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving agility, proactive in their approach, and ensure seamless alignment with customer goals and the company's mission. A willingness to travel and a strong background in methodologies like MEDDPICC and value-based selling are also required.
