The role requires a leader with strong coaching and team-building skills, who can contribute to the company's innovative tech with open finance APIs. The candidate should be prepared to take on a challenging yet rewarding position within a rapidly growing SaaS platform, backed by venture capital and with a strong growth trajectory.
