About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to play a pivotal role in leading marketing, sales, and customer success. The CRO will be responsible for developing and driving a cohesive revenue strategy, integrating sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment in activities that achieve growth objectives. This includes monitoring and measuring strategies across the revenue cycle, utilizing data analytics to inform decision-making, and establishing best practices for sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will have a background in a revenue leadership role within a K-12 SaaS business, with a focus on bringing innovation and passion to revenue growth strategies. They should be experienced in running and growing revenue teams, be data-driven, and have a proven track record of delivering growth in a B2B SaaS/Enterprise Software environment.The successful candidate for the CRO position at the company should be an ambitious Go-to-Market and revenue/sales growth leader with a proven track record of delivering growth for an 8+ figure ARR. They must be adept at coordinating between various go-to-market teams and have the ability to recruit, train, coach, and retain high-performing talent. A key aspect of the role is to create a culture of success and continuous improvement within the revenue-generating departments. The CRO will be expected to bring a data-driven approach to the role, regularly measuring and analyzing productivity and effectiveness to derive actionable insights. A passion for making a significant impact on young learners and a commitment to personal and organizational excellence are also essential qualities for the ideal candidate.
