About the Role
The Company is seeking a Syndicate Operations Head to join their dynamic and global organization. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of a pivotal evolution, leading the Syndicate Operations staff that supports the Debt and Equity Investment Banking business. This role is pivotal in ensuring a robust control environment, compliance with global regulations, and the seamless coordination of deal logistics from setup to final settlement. The Syndicate Operations Head will be responsible for a diverse team, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and driving a series of control and automation initiatives to meet the target operating model.Applicants should have a strong background in Tier 1 global financial institutions, with a preference for those holding a Finra Series 99 registration. The role requires a leader who is energetic, collaborative, and proactive, with a proven track record in either Equity or Debt Markets Middle Office or Operations. The candidate must be a champion of continuous improvement, with a focus on promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion. Key responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, people management, and the development of innovative solutions to meet the company's evolving needs. The ideal candidate will be a self-reliant problem solver, results-oriented, and have a strong risk management and control mindset.
