The role requires a dynamic executive who can balance strategic oversight with operational excellence, and who is committed to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to the community. The COO will also be responsible for crisis management, budget oversight, and team development, and must be prepared to serve as acting CEO in the CEO's absence.
