About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Campus and Community Relations to play a pivotal role in enhancing student success, fostering a vibrant campus community, and developing strategic partnerships. The successful candidate will be an accomplished leader, fluent in Spanish, with a background in education and/or community development. Responsibilities include driving improved educational and economic outcomes, ensuring a safe and inclusive campus environment, and leading immigrant support services and international relations. The role also involves policy development, advocacy, and active engagement in shaping programs that benefit the integration and well-being of immigrants and refugees.Applicants must have a bachelor's degree, at least 7 years of leadership experience, and a proven track record in strategic initiative implementation. The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree, experience in higher education, and a background in managing within a collective bargaining environment. The Vice President will be a culturally competent leader, capable of building on existing programs to increase educational attainment and economic vitality. The position requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and work with a high degree of independence. The role is full-time and in-person, with a strong expectation of regular campus presence.
