About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Materials Management to oversee the operational, financial, programmatic, and personnel activities within the supply chain division. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and monitoring goals that align with the strategic objectives of the organization. This role involves directing day-to-day operations, budgeting, financial management, and human resource management. The Executive Director will also be tasked with interpreting and implementing organizational change, preparing and delivering performance reports, and ensuring the continuous monitoring of financial data to make informed decisions. Additionally, the role includes creating business plans, optimizing relationships with key partners, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.Applicants for the Executive Director position must have a Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare, with at least 8 years of related management experience.
