About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regulatory Execution Senior Lead to join their team. This role is pivotal in the oversight of the data program, driving remediation for regulatory and internal issues related to data governance policy compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and communicating the enterprise risk data and technology transformation management data strategy, as well as leading the execution of corrective action plans. A key focus will be on maintaining a centralized framework for data controls and risk data metrics to manage business and regulatory outcomes. The role requires a deep understanding of data management standards and practices, and the ability to work with senior stakeholders across global risk functions.Applicants for the Regulatory Execution Senior Lead position should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in the financial industry and risk management function. The role demands a candidate who is client-focused and can operate as a partner to senior business stakeholders. Experience in audit, data governance, or project management transformation is essential, as is a technical and analytical skill set to assess policies, plans, and ensure quality deliverables. The candidate will be expected to lead the implementation and adoption of the data governance policy for the risk division globally, track compliance, and develop strong relationships with various risk functions to drive communication and process improvement. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree being a plus.
