About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to spearhead its global compliance program. The successful candidate will be tasked with advising senior management on a wide range of risk and compliance issues, fostering a culture of ethical and risk-aware behavior, and leading a team of compliance professionals. Key responsibilities include staying abreast of regulatory developments, inspiring and developing talent, and collaborating with operational colleagues to ensure compliance with applicable laws. The CCO will also be expected to lead the Risk Committee, develop relationships with regulatory authorities, and represent the company in various industry events.Applicants for the CCO position at the company should possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience and have a detailed knowledge of laws related to commercial insurance, employee health and benefits, and other relevant areas. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to interact with regulatory authorities, and a proven track record of advising senior business partners on compliance matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of personal integrity, sound judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively while upholding ethical standards.
