About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer to lead and enhance its compliance programs, with a focus on ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements and internal policies. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance protocols specific to the U.S. market and the industries in which the company operates. This critical role involves strategic leadership in compliance, risk assessment and mitigation, policy and procedure management, and employee training. The Chief Compliance Officer will also be the main point of contact for regulatory bodies and will oversee incident management and investigations, including whistleblower matters.Applicants for the Chief Compliance Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree or JD preferred, and a minimum of 8 years experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles, including at least 3 years in a leadership position. The role requires a deep understanding of software licensing compliance industry standards, and U.S. regulations, and experience in developing and overseeing compliance programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in compliance technology, data analytics, and strong documentation and reporting skills. Leadership qualities aligned with the company's core values, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to compliance are essential. The Chief Compliance Officer will also be expected to have experience in conducting internal investigations and managing cross-functional teams.
