About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Institutional Research, Planning, and Analytics. A key aspect of the position is to serve as a strategic partner to the University, particularly in areas such as enrollment management, budgeting, and planning, and to represent the institution at various state and national events.Applicants must have a Master's degree in a related discipline, with a preference for a Doctoral degree, and at least five years of experience in higher education. The role requires a candidate with a deep understanding of higher education issues and trends, as well as experience with enterprise information systems. Essential skills include the ability to analyze, interpret, and present data effectively, and to lead a team in delivering core services related to institutional research. The Executive Director will also be involved in staff management, and training, and will serve on various institutional committees.
