About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its expanding finance team. The CFO will be responsible for developing and monitoring financial objectives, creating and implementing policies for financial organizations, and handling negotiations for mergers, acquisitions, and the establishment of new divisions. This role also involves the allocation of company funds, setting financial goals, and establishing controls to ensure productivity. The CFO will manage all financial affairs, support cross-departmental financial analysis, and prepare comprehensive Profit and Loss statements. Effective communication and collaboration with C-Suite members and ownership are essential.Candidates for the CFO position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with a minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. In-depth knowledge of finance, accounting, and numeracy is required, along with a proven track record of success in a corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, the ability to interact effectively with both executive leadership and field team members, and experience in presenting financial analysis to stakeholders. A CPA certification is a plus. The CFO will be expected to have an exceptional ability to monitor, allocate, and control finances on a large scale, and to work towards the financial success and growth of the organization.
