About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join its patient-centered community health system. The COO will be a key executive, responsible for unifying and coordinating efforts to advance the integration of operations and services. This includes the optimization of system-wide initiatives, the achievement of clinical quality, operational and financial goals, and the integration of hospital operations to enhance quality of service, access, and efficiency. A graduate degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field is required.
