Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Salesperson role at EXIT Realty Unlimited in Dubuque County, IA. The Salesperson will be responsible for conducting property searches, arranging property viewings, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Additionally, they will collaborate with clients to determine their needs and preferences, offer guidance on pricing and market trends, and facilitate the buying and selling process.
Qualifications
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in sales and customer service
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and property pricing
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Active real estate license in the state of Iowa
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
