Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex litigation matters, including research, drafting, and presenting legal arguments in court.
• Provide legal counsel and strategic guidance on restructuring and insolvency-related matters.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Analyze and interpret complex legal issues and provide sound recommendations.
• Engage with clients, courts, and opposing counsel in a professional and persuasive manner.
