A small, well-established commercial real estate law firm in the Central Perimeter area seeks a full-time Paralegal/Closer to manage a high volume of closings for a busy transactional law practice. We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of closing experience in commercial real estate transactions . Key Responsibilities

• Prepare sale and loan documents, including settlement statements.
• Collaborate with attorneys on all aspects of real estate closings.
• Communicate with clients and other parties to gather information and coordinate all closing activities.
• Supervise support staff and assist with disbursements and post-closing processes.
• Prepare title commitments, proformas, and title insurance policies.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree required).

Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a real estate paralegal or closer, specifically in commercial real estate.

Technical Skills: Proficient in computer systems relevant to real estate transactions.

Soft Skills:
