Job Description:

Client is seeking an experienced Elevator Service Technician to join our team in the Lower Delaware Beaches Territory . This role involves maintaining, servicing, and repairing elevator systems while ensuring safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Elevator Maintenance and Repair:

• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and adjustments on elevator systems as required.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance for an assigned elevator route.

Timely Response:

• Respond to work order requests promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime.

Safety Compliance:

• Follow all company and industry safety protocols and policies.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of independent experience as an Elevator Mechanic/Technician.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proven troubleshooting skills.

Certification:

• Valid elevator mechanic credentials.
• A state elevator license may be considered with additional years of relevant experience.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job as determined by a fit-for-duty assessment.
