Client is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to join our corporate operations in Orlando, Florida. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex contracts in a dynamic and growth-focused environment. Relocation support is available on a case-by-case basis.
Position Overview:
The Senior Contracts Administrator will be responsible for overseeing complex government and commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and mitigating risks. This role requires a deep understanding of federal contracting, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer highly complex contracts, including IDIQ contracts and high-volume task order responses.
- Provide full life-cycle contract administration for CP, CPFF, FFP, T&M, LH , and IDIQ contracts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and customers for contractual matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate subcontracts, independent consultant agreements, and modifications.
- Ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR , export regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare various agreements, including consulting and subcontract agreements, maintaining accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and senior leadership to address contracting needs and risks.
- Support internal process improvements and compliance initiatives.
- Handle ad hoc activities, such as contract audits, CPARS, and bid protests.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
- 6–10+ years of federal government contracting experience in industry roles.
- In-depth knowledge of FAR/DFARS and contract types, including Fixed Price, T&M, Labor Hour, Cost Plus, and IDIQ .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven experience reviewing and negotiating terms in government prime contracts and subcontracts.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top-Secret Clearance , as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Native Alaskan Corporations (ANC) or Native Hawaiian Organizations (NHO) .
- Familiarity with Small Business Administration (SBA) Programs such as 8(a), HUBZones, and SDVOBs .
- Knowledge of ITAR/EAR , Service Contract Reporting, and financial reporting tools like Deltek Costpoint and SharePoint.
- Experience with GWACs such as GSA IT 70 Schedules, CIO-SP4, and GSA OASIS .
