Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support RFP development, vendor solution evaluation, SaaS implementation, and project coordination.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing and documenting requirements, facilitating implementation processes, and providing quality assurance for technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
RFP Development and Vendor Solution Evaluation:
- Collaborate in developing RFPs and defining scoring criteria.
- Establish vendor evaluation criteria covering technical, functional, cost, scalability, security, and compliance aspects.
- Analyze vendor offerings and document findings to provide data-driven recommendations.
Project Coordination:
- Maintain and update project plans, schedules, and timelines.
- Coordinate activities to align with project milestones and objectives.
- Draft meeting minutes, agendas, and track action items to ensure accountability.
- Facilitate team and stakeholder meetings as necessary.
SaaS Implementation Support:
- Configure SaaS solutions to meet business and operational requirements.
- Participate in design and configuration sessions, documenting workflows and use cases.
- Support sprint planning and release management.
- Validate the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) against deployed sprints.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Define and execute comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and cases.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and work with stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity during migration processes.
Documentation and Training:
- Prepare, update, and maintain project-related documentation, including training materials.
Additional Support:
- Provide assistance with other projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience in RFP development and vendor evaluation.
- Strong background in SaaS implementation, configuration, and testing.
- Experience in project coordination and agile sprint management.
- Familiarity with user acceptance testing (UAT) processes.
Skills:
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of technical and functional evaluation criteria.
- Proficiency in creating use cases, workflows, and process diagrams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
- Knowledge of data migration and testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or MS Project.
