Exciting Opportunity for a Temporary Office Administrator!
Details of the Role:
- Duration: February to April 2025 (with potential for extension)
- Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Compensation: $26/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain organization of office areas and handle clerical tasks, including managing mail, photocopying, and filing.
- Greet and assist visitors, answer calls, and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage office supplies, coordinate shipments, and liaise with vendors.
- Support meeting logistics, including scheduling and setup.
- Update databases with accurate project and client information.
- Process invoices, bank deposits, and other administrative financial tasks.
- Provide additional administrative support to staff as needed.
