Exciting Opportunity for a Temporary Office Administrator!


Details of the Role:

  • Duration: February to April 2025 (with potential for extension)
  • Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Compensation: $26/hour


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain organization of office areas and handle clerical tasks, including managing mail, photocopying, and filing.
  • Greet and assist visitors, answer calls, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage office supplies, coordinate shipments, and liaise with vendors.
  • Support meeting logistics, including scheduling and setup.
  • Update databases with accurate project and client information.
  • Process invoices, bank deposits, and other administrative financial tasks.
  • Provide additional administrative support to staff as needed.
