We are seeking a dynamic person to blend reception and administrative responsibilities located in beautiful Boston, MA. As the heartbeat of our operations, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our consulting professionals, ensuring their productivity soars to new heights.
Work Schedule: Hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, onsite.
About the Role
- Front Desk Reception: Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and handle deliveries. Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
- Administrative Support: Perform filing, correspondence, data entry, and prepare expense reports and invoices. Schedule and prepare conference rooms in a professional setting. Manage office supplies, including order placement, inventory, and invoice reconciliation. Coordinate the logistics of documentation sent to clients or vendors.
- Project and Event Support: Assist with client proposals, data entry, and special projects as needed. Support corporate events and related logistics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required. Post-secondary education or an Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience as an Administrative Assistant or Receptionist, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook). SAP experience and familiarity with corporate travel and expense processes are desirable.
