Responsibilities:

• Serve as a senior, core deal team member on M&A transactions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactional matters.
• Collaborate with a diverse range of industries, including entertainment, technology, fashion, fintech, and life sciences.
• Work directly with clients, partners, and teams across global offices to execute complex, high-profile deals.
• Lead and mentor junior associates to ensure seamless project execution and professional growth.
• Contribute to the strategic growth and success of our client’s elite corporate group in Los Angeles.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience specialising in M&A transactions, joint ventures, and general corporate transactional matters.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a top-tier law school and admission to the California Bar.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex and high-stakes legal matters.
• Exceptional analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
