We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join our Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation. Experience in real estate litigation and trial work is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of complex commercial litigation, including conducting investigations and responding to discovery
• Prepare pleadings and dispositive motions for state and federal court
• Take depositions and participate in mediation sessions
• Maintain extensive communication with clients regarding case developments and strategy

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial litigation
• Experience with all phases of litigation, including discovery, pleadings, depositions, and motions
• Real estate litigation and trial experience is a plus but not required
• Active California bar license or commitment to obtaining one

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary range of $225,000 – $255,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications
• Eligible for Associate Performance and Client Development Bonuses
