One of the largest General Contractors in the Northeast, handling projects across healthcare, education, life sciences, and more. We are actively seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to spearhead our Southwestern Connecticut growth initiatives.

Position: Senior Project Manager

Location: Milford, CT

Compensation: $140,000 to $180,000


Responsibilities:

  • Lead project management tasks, including RFI/RFP submittals, processing change orders, and ensuring quality and efficient project completion.
  • Collaborate with ownership, superintendents, and subcontractors.
  • Plan all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion.
  • Obtain necessary regulations and permits.
  • Order necessary supplies, tools, and equipment.
  • Ensure projects align with agreed-upon plans.
  • Coordinate the full project lifecycle with the Project Executive, Superintendent(s), and Ownership.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and ensure efficiency.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and strategies to optimize resources and efficiency.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project.


Desired Skills:

  • Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, AutoCAD, and similar tools/technology.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to be agile on the job site, managing moving timelines and objectives.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field(s).
