Title: Guidewire Developer

Location: Middletown, CT -Hybrid

Salary: $100,000 – $120,000

What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions in Guidewire ClaimCenter 10.1, ContactManager, and integrations.
  • Build new functionality and enhance integrations using Extension Packs, Accelerators, APIs, Batch, and Messaging.
  • Drive architecture, design, and best practices for Guidewire development.
  • Support production systems and lead defect triage and resolution.
  • Collaborate in agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.


What You Bring

  • Experience: 3+ years in Guidewire ClaimCenter, GOSU, Java, APIs, and Property & Casualty insurance systems.
  • Skills: Proficiency in configuration (PCF, Typelist, Business Rules), integrations (SOAP, REST), and tools like SQL, GIT, Jenkins, or AWS.
  • Mindset: A collaborative, innovative approach with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
