About: A full-service commercial real estate company specializing in property management, leasing, brokerage, and development is seeking an Associate Marketing Manager to join their team, offering an excellent learning and growth opportunity.


Position Summary: The Associate Marketing Manager will work closely with leadership, including the President and CEO, as well as developers and external vendors, to manage marketing initiatives across various projects. This individual will contribute to branding, design, and marketing efforts while gaining exposure to art, architecture, and the intricacies of large-scale real estate projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute marketing strategies.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, including graphic designers, social media teams, and PR professionals.
  • Contribute to branding efforts and oversee the creation of marketing collateral.
  • Develop and maintain project websites, pre-leasing materials, and community engagement campaigns.
  • Prepare presentations and collateral for investors and stakeholders.
  • Ideate and implement creative marketing concepts for projects.
  • Ensure seamless communication and collaboration among internal teams and external partners.
  • Provide support in design and marketing tasks, utilizing tools like Adobe Suite and Canva.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in marketing or design, with a strong interest in art and architecture.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Canva, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for creativity and innovation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with various teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
