Job Title: Special Education Teacher

Job Type: Full-Time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides our students with specially designed instruction developed to meet the unique needs of each child resulting from his/her disability such as: a resource room, inclusion, and/or pullout services.
• Participate in professional development that is specific to special education curriculum, along with data tracking tools.
• Support special education curriculum, participate in professional development, and adapt teaching to meet individual student needs.
• Design and deliver instructional programs and monitor student progress.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must hold a valid Special Education Teacher license in North Carolina
• Must have middle school or high school experience
