Human Resources Director – Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals and foster a culture of excellence.
- Lead the full recruitment cycle, attract top talent, and enhance retention strategies.
- Implement and oversee systems to maintain a high-performance culture and employee accountability.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and update company policies as needed.
- Use HRIS and other tools to provide insights and optimize HR functions.
- Oversee training, career development, and benefits programs to support employee growth and satisfaction.
Human Resources Director – Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required).
- 5–8 years of HR leadership experience in a growing or dynamic organization.
- Proven ability to work directly with founders or executives.
- Experience scaling HR operations in small-to-medium organizations (30–100 employees).
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making.
- Agile, adaptable, and comfortable contributing to high-level strategic discussions.
Schedule
Hybrid schedule with onsite work 2–3 days per week (Tuesday–Thursday).
