Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and manage the housekeeping team to maintain exceptional cleanliness standards throughout the hotel.

- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Foster a positive and adaptable team culture through coaching, recognition, and accountability.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Manage inventory and procurement of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in housekeeping, preferably in a luxury or full-service hotel.
- Language Skills: Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Work Authorization: Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable.
