We are seeking an enthusiastic, bilingual (English & Spanish) Housekeeping Manager to lead and inspire our client's housekeeping team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.


Position Overview:

As the Housekeeping Manager, you will oversee all housekeeping operations, foster a motivated and accountable team, and uphold our commitment to luxury and excellence. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and manage the housekeeping team to maintain exceptional cleanliness standards throughout the hotel.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Foster a positive and adaptable team culture through coaching, recognition, and accountability.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory and procurement of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in housekeeping, preferably in a luxury or full-service hotel.
  • Language Skills: Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Work Authorization: Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and operational needs.
