The Opportunity

We are seeking an Business Systems Analyst (ERP) to play a pivotal role in enabling data-driven decision-making through the Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) platform. This high-impact position blends finance, technology, and business insights, supporting a transformative ERP environment and delivering actionable intelligence at the transaction level.

With a focus on Oracle Fusion or similar ERP platforms, you’ll contribute to optimizing business operations in finance, human capital management, and supply chain functions.

Key Contributions

• Lead data migration efforts, ensuring accuracy and compliance during transitions from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion or similar ERP environments.
• Analyze and validate transactional data , using reconciliation techniques to ensure integrity across modules.
• Develop and deliver summarized management reports to guide strategic decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders across Finance, HCM/Payroll, and Supply Chain to align data with organizational goals.
• Interpret and transform data to meet business needs, leveraging advanced reporting and data visualization tools .
• Ensure compliance with data privacy standards and organizational best practices during all phases of data migration and reporting.
• Support troubleshooting and testing of data workflows and ETL processes, refining processes to improve efficiency and reliability.

What You Bring

Technical Expertise

• 5+ years of experience working in ERP environments, with hands-on exposure to Oracle Fusion or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and scripting to enable data transformation and reporting.
• Familiarity with ERP modules in Finance, HCM, and Supply Chain, with an emphasis on transactional data.
• Experience in management reporting and delivering actionable insights at the summary level.

Problem-Solving & Collaboration

• Analytical mindset with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing solutions to improve system performance and reporting outcomes.

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.

Preferred Strengths

• Prior exposure to healthcare, hospital operations, or highly regulated environments.
• Cloud certifications and familiarity with data privacy standards in compliance-driven industries.
