POSITION SUMMARY
Plan, direct, and coordinate daily operations, shop staff and administrative functions for branch as defined by the job openings that are open. Duties include but are not limited to analysis of financial reporting, open communication lines between all departments, promoting safety awareness and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures, all while maintaining the management of the Operations, and Administrative departments. Branch manager will be tasked with recruiting and hiring of personnel, as well as responsible for bi-annual employee evaluations. Facility maintenance and upkeep as well as yard inventory and waste management is the responsibility of the branch manager. Branch manager may also be tasked with planning and executing field work when called upon.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
Planning/Directing/Executing of Field and shop Operations, Sales, Administrative Management, & Customer development.
Administrative Management to include but not limited to:
Review and approval of field tickets and time sheets, Purchase Order system, QMS Inspections, Safety & DOT documents.
Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
Review Management Reports to include but not limited to:
-Employee Utilization Reports
-Bi-annual Employee Evaluations
-A/R Reports
Operations Management to include but not limited to:
Training/Mentoring/Coaching of Field Personnel at all levels on a consistent basis.
Job & shop audits.
Knowledge of available inventory and timeline of availability of red tag inventory
Customer engagement to confirm performance meets expectations.
Branch Managers within the defined Territories will report to the Territory Manager.
Understanding customer entry requirements and verifying staff, equipment and vehicles are compliant to enter.
Sales Support to include but not limited to:
Perform joint jobsite reviews with Sales when needed
Communication with sales to understand project pipeline to facilitate planning.
Coordination with Operations to ensure customer expectations are met as a minimum.
Coordinate with Sales to ensure operation constraints are understood and communicated appropriately.
Meet with Client and Sales for positive and negative job execution reviews where necessary.
Safety Management to include but not limited to:
Execute safety objectives, audit and ensure compliance with:
-JSA’s
-DOT
-Conformance to SOPs
-Hazard Identification Program
-Providing necessary tools
-Don’t put off what needs to be done
-Leading by example
-Other Safety Program initiatives
b. Working side by side with our Safety Management team and Territory Manager to come up with reasonable, safe solutions that works best for the company.
Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data with the Territory Manager to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring Management members and staff members as necessary.
Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes.
Management and upkeep of Riger Operational Software for branch.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education:
Bachelor's Degree (four year college or technical school): Preferred
High School Diploma: Required
Experience:
5+ years of Environmental experience
P&L Management experience preferred
3+ years of experience in Supervisory Role
