DSJ Global is currently partnered with a leading Manufacturing Conglomerate Company who is looking to expand its team with a Robotics Automation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects for new equipment installations to enhance and automate manufacturing processes.
• Develop and maintain robotic programs used across this site
• Manage the design and programming of fixtures used in robotic processes.
• Train and support manufacturing operators in using robotic automation equipment.
• Document all changes to production programs to correlate with downstream process outputs.
• Identify key input variables in the automation process to ensure robustness against minor variations in casting dimensions.
• Determine and implement key output variables to validate the successful completion of critical functions within a program/piece before running additional products.
• Assist Manufacturing/Process owners in cross-functional scrap initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 3 years of experience in programming robotics.
• Experience with Motoman and/or Fanuc robots.
