As we strive to achieve significant growth milestones, we're seeking a dynamic Associate Salesperson to bring in new clients.

Position Summary:

The Associate Salesperson will be responsible for developing new clients for service agreements, maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, and driving revenue growth. This role demands a deep understanding of the precious metal industry, the electronic scrap industry, and the scrap battery industry to with identifying potential clients, and the ability to close a deal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As an Associate Salesperson, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research and networking
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans for business growth
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements to maximize profitability
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track sales activities and manage client interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must have prior work experience with similar precious metal refining or e-waste companies
  • Proven track record in business development or sales roles, preferably in the precious metals industry
  • Strong knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is appreciated
