Information Technology Manager

Location: Southeast Houston, TX (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Our Southeast Houston-based manufacturing company is seeking an Information Technology Manager to lead, strategize, and shape the future of our IT operations. As the Information Technology Manager , you will:

• Lead and mentor a talented IT team to deliver operational excellence.
• Design and implement a 1-3 year IT roadmap to align with our business vision.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to bridge IT capabilities with business needs.
• Oversee key IT operations, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), ERP (SAP, Oracle), CRM (Salesforce), and infrastructure management (LAN/WAN, data centers).
• Ensure seamless 24/7 support for critical systems, including Microsoft Exchange, O365, Cisco networking, and VoIP solutions.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate with a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic vision.

Experience & Leadership:

• 8-10+ years in IT, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven success in managing and mentoring high-performing IT teams.

Technical Expertise:

• Hands-on experience in infrastructure, systems engineering, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
• Broad knowledge of ERP and CRM platforms, including SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce.
• Proficiency in IT service frameworks (ITIL, PMP certification preferred).

Key Skills:

• Strong internal stakeholder management, aligning IT and business objectives.
• Ability to develop and execute future-state IT strategies.
• Experience managing 24x7x365 support for enterprise-level systems and networks.
