The Information Technology Manager will become a key member of the Information and Technology Team, reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO). This role will be responsible for overseeing the technology operations at Momentum Capital Funding, ensuring the reliability and security of systems, services, and infrastructure. The IT Manager will lead the planning and implementation of IT solutions designed to optimize processes and procedures, supporting the overall goals of the organization. The IT Manager will also oversee vendor relationships and work closely with IT leaders and team members across different departments within The Onin Group. Some travel will be required with this role.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Oversight:
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of IT systems related to factoring and financial processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
IT Project Lifecycle Management:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Oversee and implement the entire project lifecycle, from initiation through to successful closure, ensuring all processes are effectively executed at each stage.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with finance and factoring stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
Team Coordination:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and finance professionals, to achieve project objectives.
- Facilitate team collaboration and provide guidance to ensure project progress and alignment with goals.
Budget and Risk Management:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring financial accountability.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and outcomes.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications and user guides.
Skills:

Qualifications:
