Position Overview:

The Project Manager will oversee all phases of multi-family residential construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This role involves close coordination with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to uphold the firm's commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of multi-family residential construction projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues and ensure design compliance.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in multi-family residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
