Job Description

Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator/Analyst

6 month contract offering benefits


The Maintenance Coordinator will provide administrative support to the maintenance department. Key responsibilities include processing invoices, managing purchase orders, overseeing vendor setups, issuing work permits, maintaining records for spare parts, and entering data into SAP. The role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and purchase orders related to maintenance.
  • Maintain inventory of spare parts and materials.
  • Manage vendor setups and rental agreements.
  • Issue work permits and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records in SAP and other systems.
  • Provide general administrative support to the maintenance team.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
  • 2+ years of administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
