Job Title: Lenel OnGuard Engineer

Location: Charlotte, NC

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Contract Duration: 12 Month Contract w/ Extension

Job Description:

• Responsible for the maintenance of Technology Endpoints within the Physical Security within the Lenel OnGuard environment.
• Programming of new zones/readers within the Lenel OnGuard application,
• Troubleshoot remote installations of panels and badge readers, and resolve support tickets related to Lenel.
• The team supports incident and problem management, endpoint and application configuration, and hardware (controllers, badge readers, Interface boards, etc.) lifecycle management.
