We are a growing telecoms company seeking an RF Test Engineer to create and execute test plans for our LTE-based products. This role is ideal for an early senior candidate with strong experience in RF testing and automation, ready to overhaul existing test processes and establish formalized test plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Plan Creation: Review product plans and develop comprehensive RF test plans from scratch.
• Test Execution: Implement and execute tests to meet requirements, ensuring full compliance with test plans.
• Automation Overhaul: Revise and formalize existing test automation processes to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to ensure alignment between test requirements and product development.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong familiarity with RF testing and LTE technologies.
• Proven ability to create and execute detailed test plans from scratch.
• Experience in test automation, with a focus on RF systems.
• 4-5 years of experience in RF testing or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment.
