About the Role
We are seeking an Electrical Product Development Engineer to join a collaborative and innovative engineering team. This role will focus on designing, developing, and optimizing cutting-edge electronic products that enhance conveyor systems. The position involves integrating IoT technologies to create smart, connected solutions that improve performance, efficiency, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of electronic products and systems for conveyor applications, including sensors, controllers, and communication modules.
- Implement and optimize IoT technologies for real-time monitoring, data acquisition, and system control.
- Develop and integrate wireless communication protocols and cloud-based solutions to enhance product functionality.
- Create prototypes and conduct rigorous testing to validate designs and ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the development and testing phases.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers, software developers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration of electronic components with mechanical systems and software.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance product performance and development processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience in electronic product development, particularly in IoT applications.
- Expertise in electronic circuit design, PCB layout, and embedded systems.
- Strong understanding of IoT protocols (e.g., MQTT, HTTP, CoAP) and wireless communication technologies (e.g., Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee).
- Experience with design and simulation tools such as Altium Designer or MATLAB.
- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., C/C++, Python) for embedded systems is a plus.
