We're looking for a Lead Operations Engineer . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dashboard development and coding, with experience in tools like Tableau, Databricks, and Airflow. They will help lead production support, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The candidate should be able to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and develop processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the team

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex data visualizations and reports using tools like Tableau.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and build scalable, effective solutions.
• Drive process improvement by automating workflows and standardizing support operations.
• Proactively identify, prioritize, and execute projects to enhance team efficiency.
• Guide and mentor team members to ensure best practices are upheld.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for support operations.
• Monitor and address product/technical defects, collaborating with engineering leaders.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years developing scalable data products.
• 2+ years coding experience in Python.
• 2+ years developing solutions in Airflow and a commercial cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• 2+ years experience with Databricks, Snowflake , or similar database systems.
• Proven ability to onboard and mentor team members.
• Exposure to Agile practices , ideally SAFe methodology.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Intermediate/advanced experience with Databricks and Tableau.
• Familiarity with tools like Spark, Hive, and Power BI.
• Certifications in Tableau, Databricks, or Agile methodologies are a plus.
