Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Analyst with a strong background in analytics and reporting to transform data into actionable insights. This role focuses on leveraging data to drive strategic HR initiatives, with an emphasis on reporting and SQL expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance HRIS reports and dashboards to support HR and business leadership.
  • Utilize SQL to extract, analyze, and format data for reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform strategic HR decisions.
  • Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure data needs are met effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical reporting solutions.
  • Lead efforts to design and implement analytics tools and frameworks that enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Monitor and validate data integrity within the HRIS system, ensuring consistency and reliability of reports.
  • Present data insights and recommendations to leadership, enabling informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in analytics, reporting, and data interpretation, preferably in an HRIS context.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including the ability to extract, clean, and format data for reporting and analysis.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with major HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle, or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Knowledge of HR metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Familiarity with data visualization best practices.
