*Overview*
This individual will support the delivery of business change by defining needs, recommending solutions, and assisting with project management activities for medium to large-scale initiatives. You will work closely with their clients and internal teams to analyze data, assess business processes, and contribute to the development and implementation of effective strategic solutions.
*Responsibilities*
· Identify, analyze, and resolve data and workflow issues of intermediate complexity.
· Diagnose business problems and recommend process improvements or innovative solutions.
· Manage and support multiple concurrent projects with minimal supervision.
· Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, while supporting the activities of junior staff and team members.
· Attend client meetings and effectively communicate client needs to the appropriate support groups, project managers, and stakeholders.
· Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through workshops, interviews, and meetings.
· Contribute to the development, validation, and execution of comprehensive test plans to ensure the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
· Monitor current business practices, identify areas for improvement, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
· Exhibit strong facilitation and communication skills while interacting with technical and functional personnel across the organization.
· Manage the traceability matrix throughout the project lifecycle to ensure that requirements are met, and changes are properly tracked.
*Qualifications*
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a similar field.
· 2+ years of experience in business analysis, project administrator, or a related role.
· Basic understanding of business processes, data analysis, and project management principles.
· Experience with requirement gathering, documentation, and test plan development.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to resolve intermediate complexity issues.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
