Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Consultant to lead the HRIS project team in transitioning from SAP HRMS to SuccessFactors as the primary HR data system. This high-impact initiative requires close collaboration with global HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration with existing payroll systems and optimal system performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end transition from SAP HRMS to SuccessFactors, focusing on system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Serve as the technical liaison between U.S. and global teams, driving resolution of integration challenges and providing strategic solutions.
- Oversee complex data migration efforts, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and accurate payroll integration.
- Develop, test, and implement system connectors and middleware solutions between SuccessFactors and SAP HRMS.
- Establish and optimize automated employee data feeds to support payroll processing cycles.
- Coordinate with HR, BPO, and IT teams to align project milestones, system requirements, and timelines.
- Design and execute rigorous system testing protocols, validation procedures, and comprehensive user training for U.S.-based teams.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience managing full-cycle HRIS implementation projects, particularly SuccessFactors deployments integrated with SAP HRMS.
- Strong technical proficiency in configuring SuccessFactors modules and developing system interfaces.
- Deep understanding of payroll systems and HR data workflows, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
