GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Director of Operations to join our senior leadership team. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s operations, including Residential Programs, Employment and Transition Services, Life Skills Development, and Behavioral Supports. You will work closely with the Executive Director to ensure that all programs run efficiently and effectively, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
? Lead the organization’s direct service operations over the entire organization, aligning
with Magnify’s mission and strategic goals in collaboration with the Executive Director.
? Manage organizational risk, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
? Oversee employee recruitment and onboarding, contractors, and volunteers.
Lead and mentor the programmatic and administrative teams, fostering a culture
of continuous improvement and professional growth.
? Supervises and mentors the Director of Residential and Life Skills Programs, Director
of Talent, Behavioral Services Program Manager, Home-
and-Community Services Program Assistant Directo, and contracted IT services.
? Provide support to the Executive Director for overall operations.
Actively participate in senior management meetings and contribute to overall
organizational strategy.
? Stay informed of advancements and changes in the field of regulatory
compliance, nonprofit finance, and programmatic operations supporting
individuals with developmental disabilities.
? Supports directors of programs by providing continuous strategic direction and
input, regulatory compliance, and oversight.
? Study and evaluate data to develop trends, projections, and corrective strategies
when appropriate.
? Oversee management and maintenance of office and assisted living facilities,
equipment, technology, inventory, and supplies.
? Represent the organization at external events and meetings as required.
? Engage in continuous learning and professional development relevant to the role
? Conduct all essential functions in accordance with established policies and
procedures.
JOB SCOPE
Position encounters varied work situations with significant complexity, operating from
both established procedures, and the development of new programs. Operates with little
supervision. Provides supervision and mentorship to direct reports, and other
employees and volunteers within the organization. Position maintains files containing
sensitive and confidential documents.

? Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental
disabilities is a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS
? Education: Master’s degree in Social Services, Public Administration, or Business
Administration or relevant combination of education and experience.
? Experience: 6+ Years of related leadership experience in a non-profit environment.
? Proven track record in nonprofit management and regulatory compliance.
? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
? Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
? Proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
? Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, talk,
feel, sit, grasp, hear, and perform repetitive motions of the hands/wrists. The working
hours of this position are not limited to an 8-hour day.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed mainly in an office setting.
