Job Overview

The Sales Manager will lead sales teams and support operations to implement the company’s strategic vision, drive revenue growth, and achieve financial goals. This role requires a dynamic leader with a data-driven mindset to measure and optimize sales processes while building a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will leverage industry insights and customer feedback to expand market share and enhance the customer experience. Reporting to senior management, this position supervises a team of 2-3 professionals and actively participates in high-value sales opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and execute organizational sales strategies to achieve revenue and financial objectives.
  • Set short-term and long-term goals for teams and individuals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
  • Use data analytics to monitor sales processes, identify gaps, and implement performance enhancements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform action plans.
  • Customer Growth & Retention:
  • Build strategies to expand and retain the customer base, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and propose new product opportunities based on customer insights.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
  • Recruit, mentor, and train sales and support teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members in achieving individual and collective goals.
  • Direct Sales Support:
  • Actively participate in key meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations to close strategic deals.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for high-value or complex sales opportunities.
  • Qualifications & Experience

    • Proven track record in sales management within a technical or manufacturing industry, preferably in valves or semiconductors related fields.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and strategy development.
    • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate sales teams effectively.
    • Comprehensive understanding of industry dynamics, market trends, and customer needs.
    • Exceptional relationship-building skills with both external customers and internal stakeholders.
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and a collaborative team player.
